CHIMA
A national association unifies its membership through an inclusive and collaborative brand
When the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA) decided to adjust their governance model to a more inclusive, equitable and collaborative association, they needed a brand voice to align with this new direction. As a professional association that represents more than 5,000 health information management professionals and the only certifying body in Canada offering HIM® accreditation, they needed a new visual identity that would better represent their exciting new mandate.
Lashbrook Marketing and Public Relations’ strategic approach successfully positioned CHIMA as a unified and collaborative association, using a brand launch video, key messages and a new brand promise.
